After so many times trying to make this type of noodle I finally figured out the way for an amazing bowl of Bun Bo Hue from scratch !!!! It' so YUMMY! Everything was just PERFECT! The beef brisket and pork shank are so tasty and flavorful. The broth is intoxicating with a hint of lemongrass. And the spicy is just enough to round out the flavors and augment with white noodles, sliced onions and herbs! I am totally satisfied! :)
